AV Package - Small Conference

Our Small Conference Package presents a professional, accurate and efficient medium for delivering your message to small audiences for conferences and product demonstrations.

Visual

A pair of 42" plasma screens are included that are controlled by a laptop. These are ideal for showing presention slides, software demos or video.

Set

The set in this package is based upon felted flats. The set extends 16' wide and 8' high. You may choose the colour of the felt to match your brand or the theme of the event.

Side flats are also used to box in the bracing at the back.

Foamex boards and other graphics are easily attached to the flat set.

Sound

The sound will give high quality speech and music reinforcement, evenly distributed over the audience area. The system includes:
- 4 quality Thunder Ridge Speakers on stands
- CD player
- iPod connection
- Handheld radio mic
- 2 x lectern mics
- laptop connection

Stage

A small presenter stage will be provided, measuring 12' x 8'.

This will be dressed in either grey or black carpet.

Support and Technicians

The most important aspect to any production is the quality of the people involved, and this package is no different. We provide:
- Pre-event consultation
- Basic media compilation (slides and images)
- Onsite production manager
- An additional technician onsite

 

Total Fee: £750+VAT

 

Pricing and Details

We are delighted to be able to offer this package for a total fee of £750+VAT, under the following terms:
- at least four hours setup time available
- good venue access without flights of stairs
- parking provided
- booked at least three weeks prior to the event
- central London surcharge of £65+VAT

We are flexible with the above needs, but extra fees might apply - all of which will be discussed and quoted for prior to booking.
